Production Time
Most items shown on our website are Ready To Ship (RTS) however, each of our handmade products is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade production, lead times vary by item and may require up to 4 weeks (for custom orders) to be created before it is ready for shipment. This production time does not include shipping time. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality that our customers expect. Shipping
We offer shipping within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after the production time. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that due to the unique nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Each handmade piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and variations in materials and craftsmanship are inherent to the handmade process. We strive to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions to ensure customer satisfaction. Damaged or Defective Product
We take pride in the quality of our handmade products and strive to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and provide options for replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. We may request the return of the damaged or defective item, and if so, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders and love bringing your unique ideas to life! Please note that custom orders may require additional production time and may incur extra costs depending on the complexity of the request. Non-refundable deposits may be required for custom orders to cover initial materials and design work. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
